It’s time for change…

For those of you who have been following me over the last 3 years here, you will know that I’ve been almost exclusively focused on the ‘niche’ Real Estate Investor (REI) wannabee…
Over the last year and a half I’ve watched the REI niche dry up and blow away – why? Mainly because of our economy, but also as it turns out the mortgage industry is in ruins.
Please realize that I’m not implying that there are no opportunities for those interested in buying and selling Foreclosures – it’s just that things have gotten more complicated and those who really get it and have their act together are making lots of money! Those who have been just kicking the tires for the last several years see all of these changes as something they can’t deal with… what are they doing instead? Hopefully looking for other ways to make money.
Here’s the thing – While REI is a passion for me, it’s not my bigest passion! Since 2004 I’ve been writing books and offering training for those in the RE industry. A lot of you are Realtors, Brokers, Mortgage originators, etc. Some are just regular people. Regardless of who you are I’ll bet you are hurting with the economy the way that it is.
I have to tell you that since 1995 I’ve been making a living on the Internet – although not the way that you might think… I’ve been struggling with this whole thing for the last several years and there is a change about to happen!
I’m sure you’ve been looking for things to do to make ends meet. I’ll bet that you have received your fill of those ‘get rich quick’ Emails too… there really is a lot of money to be made online if you understand a couple of things.

I will tell you that I’m launching several new web sites, and I’ve got some very interesting things to share with you. I’ve been watching things online and I have to tell you that I’ve been scratching my head a lot – wondering why people are still pushing concepts that just don’t work – or don’t work very well.
