Clarification – What is the New Short Sale Big Bundle?

Actually We decided to re-use the domain name of a discontinued product bundle we stopped offering January 1st. We probably should have used a new domain name to reduce confusion, but that is hind sight!
Here is the difference…
The old bundle included all of our printed books and a total web presence package using our pre-made template. The new bundle includes no printed books, and instead of the printed books we have included several e-books and an expanded web presence. We have also revamped the Learning Center training & coaching.
Who should consider the new Big Bundle?
I’m hoping that everyone involved in Short Sales, or Foreclosure properties would see the need for the New Big Bundle! With the coaching and training offerings of the Learning Center, and the expanded Internet presence offering this is an excellent bargain!

I’ve received several Emails with a question that bothers me a bit so I’m going to address it here in this Email…
Q.- I own some of your books. Is there an upgrade to the Big Bundle where I could get a discount?
A.- Actually since the value of this bundle is so great we can’t offer an upgrade discount – the Big Bundle is already discounted to the point where we can’t go any lower!
Remember that the ‘real value’ of the bundle is more than $1,200! At $299, that’s quite a discount.
Q.- Is the New Big Bundle just some over valued services thrown together at an overly high price? (this is paraphrased of course)
A.- Actually the hosting service is one that we have been providing for the last two years with several hundred paying the prices listed in the Big Bundle sales letter (home page). I would like to point out that there is a lot of noise out there on the Internet and many marketing courses, programs, boot camps, etc. have only packaged what they are doing or have done and none that I am aware of take into account the individual that is buying into their program.
I don’t believe that we are all equal. I don’t believe that we all have the same abilities. I don’t believe that we all learn or assimilate new things at the same speed. And I don’t believe that everyone is cut out to do Real Estate or negotiate a Short Sale – truth!
I do believe that with the proper teacher, environment, methods, etc those who can – will. I believe that rather than giving you a fish and feeding you today – which is what most of these things are out there – it is better to teach you how to fish – you will be eating the rest of your life!

I was helping my 9 yr old daughter the other night with her math homework. The material was so simple… for me! But she just couldn’t get it. I tried several ways to explain it – and once her emotional moments passed I discovered a simple visual way to explain the problems. Within minutes she was using that to work every problem in her homework.
