It’s been a long year, and it’s been a rough year and a half for me… I won’t go into details here but let’s just say that I don’t understand why anyone would want to be a single parent on purpose!
Ok, the last several months I’ve been working on some really neat projects. These projects will be released to you early in 2008. All I can say right now is that if you are struggling to get your arms around things like… Real Estate Investing, Foreclosure, Pre Foreclosure creative funding, or any other means to create a sound financial future… just stay tuned… I’ve got some things that will make it real easy for you to understand and be successful!
All of our material is being reviewed and updated for 2008. There are some changes in our industry, and in the way that we should be doing our business. Watch for announcements on new releases – those who own existing material will be upgraded without charge for downloadable updates.
I am working on two new books – the first one will be released in the next week. The title is “Short Sales Exposed”, and it will sell for just $7 – all the time – no gimmicks. The neat thing about this e-book is that once you buy it you become an affiliate and you can start marketing it. The best part is that I am paying my affiliates 100% commission and the commission is paid immediately into your Paypal account. So on each order the $7 goes into your Paypal account.
This has been a request from many on my list, and I’ve finally figured out a way to make this happen easily… you don’t need to know anything about programming… I’ll give you everything you need to make this work!
The second e-book is being written to help explain just how a REI can make it big on the Internet using inexpensive hosting and pre made templates. Yes I’ve already created the templates and several hundred REI’s are already using them to run their REI business.
You can get your REI web site up and running right away, without it costing you an arm and a leg – just go to http://REIproSites.com – you will need a domain name, hosting package, and the template to get started – the cost? One-time about $242, annual charges after the first year is about $109, or about $9/mo, which includes the hosting package and domain name registration.
I am just about finished with another web template. This one is designed for the REI who is looking to attract money. Information regarding the possible opportunities and sign up forms are included. This template can be added to an existing hosting package with REI Pro Sites to give you the other half of your Internet needs. One more thing that I’m working on… My good friend Paul will be joining me to help produce new training videos and audio. More about Paul in a minute. We are currently producing a couple of video’s that YOU can use on YouTube, or any other video site to promote your Foreclosure and Short Sale services. Ok – back to the introduction of Paul to those reading this. I’ve known Paul for a long time, actually I hired Paul back in when I was President of my other Internet company. We became good friends and now we are working together on several projects not related to Real Estate. We are working on a low budget music video which will be released on YouTube soon featuring Paul singing a new love song of his. I’ll keep you informed on the progress of this project as it develops…
