It’s time to make a decision!

It’s been about a year now that I have been offering information about the Foreclosure process and busting some real myths about the Real Estate industry and how to find and deal with the real profitable deals. The time has finally come…
We are about to enter a period in our relationship where some decisions need to be made – by both you and me!
Up to this point I have shared with you a lot of information about the Short Sale process for practically nothing and you, and everyone else out there has been taking it in as fast as I can send it out to you, post it on our web site or forum and answer your personal Emails. So where do you and I go from here?
I have been working on some things that are going to really upset others out there trying to sell you their programs, systems, yada, yada, yada… Now I can’t let everything out at this point but I am going to share a couple things with you and if your thinking is along the lines of my thinking then I think that we can really make some progress in your getting started in Real Estate and getting you to the point where you can dump that 9 to 5! Now if our thinking is too far out of line, then I’m going to ask that you make a decision – a big decision and unsubscribe from ALL of my lists – that’s right – I am really suggesting that if you are not on board with all of what I’m going to share with you then I want you to unsubscribe from my lists – all of them.
“WOW Mike, why would you want this?” …you are probably asking! It’s simple – I don’t want to waste your time and more importantly I don’t want to waste my time.
OK – Here it is! If you do not agree with what I am doing here then you will unsubscribe from ALL of my lists…
-True wealth is built slowly – Real Estate and the ‘Non Performing Asset Recovery’ Business is not a place where you can ‘get rich quick’ like a lot of Internet Marketers are proclaiming.
-As an individual we all have personal strengths – these are the things that each one of us must leverage to truly be successful. Focusing on our weaknesses to turn them into strengths is a futile exercise as illustrated over and over throughout history. (Our failures can be traced to a disbelief in these two statements.)
-Understanding the process and basic underlying concepts will make us more successful than a ‘System’ or ‘Step by Step Program’. Our understanding will allow us to build our own system to take advantage of our personal strengths and to build a team to leverage the strengths of the team members to make us all wealthy.
-The price that we pay for our education or understanding of each step of the underlying process should be relative to the gains that we realize as a result of this knowledge and we shouldn’t have to sell off our kids to pay for it!
Ok – this is the beginning. Over the next several days there will be more and I will also tell you a little bit more about the new mentoring program, and our new non – sales Teleconference calls that will be starting in August.
Remember – you need to make a decision!
