Just you and me Michael – are you ready to make it happen in 2006?

I am so excited about 2006 – how about you?

I have been busy wrapping up all of the financial information for 2005 so that I can get it the CPA.  It looks like 2005 was an excellent year for Real estate and there is no indication that things are slowing for 2006.

You might be asking… ‘So why this Email Mike?’  …well, there are so many things that I want to share with you that I don’t know where to start!  I am not going to go into explicit detail here, but I will tell you that you will want to read each and every Email from me from this point on!  Read on…

I don’t know if I had shared with you the fact that I stopped accepting new short sale deals just before Thanksgiving so that I could write my Back to Back Close Secrets book.  Did you get your copy?  There is a link later in this Email so that you can take a look at it and see if it is something that fits into your plan.  So what this means is, I haven’t worked a Short Sale since October by myself.  I have worked several deals through others, and we have had mixed success.  This has opened up a number of opportunities, but I think that I will share this for a later communication.

I really do want to keep this Email short, so I am just going to bullet point some items that I want you to watch for in coming days…

-> We will be releasing two new books within the next couple of weeks.  I have talked about one of these which is a lead generating system for Preforeclosure deals, and the second book is a complete how-to on completing a HUD-1 for your short sale deals as well as other REI transactions.  The HUD-1 book should be out this next week and the lead generator should be out by the end of the month.

-> I have started a blog, and in the next couple of days I will share this with you so that you can follow what I am doing and of course so you can gain some knowledge from my experience.

-> We have created several new web sites that will be available to Real estate investors to get their new business under control and focused – this should help you get past those things that you don’t know that you don’t know.  Huh?!  You’ll get it as we start sharing this information with you.

We are working to bring to you some new material – if you are like me, you are getting tired of all of the rehashing of old material by the ‘Gurus’ and those online marketers that promote their material.  We will be bringing you fresh – all new material as well as exposing you to programs that no one else has figured out is truly necessary for our business.  I am sure that once they see what I am doing here these other online marketers will start sending you Emails about these programs too.  Remember the ‘Million Dollar Mentor’ (MDM) book by Hayden Muller?  This is a good example of how others have taken something that I had researched and made it a part of their marketing.

New programs and material that you will see from me in the next couple of weeks…

-> Legal issues made easy for your new business.  Most people are afraid to address their legal needs when it comes to starting a new business.  With Real estate deals this is something that you don’t want to avoid or put off – I will present a program that will set things straight.  I use this program in my own business!

-> Funding issues made easy for your new business.  We are working with a funding source to help you complete your deals quickly and without a lot of paperwork.  Watch for this in February.  I know that you will jump on this one!!

-> Motivation and Coaching.  Not in the form that you are familiar with now.  I’m talking about a program that works to get you past your fears, anger, frustration and more.  Watch for this in the next couple of weeks.

-> Deals!! I am currently mentoring two new investors in SE Wisconsin and it is my plan to continue mentoring throughout the year.  I am also going to make all of this available to you via the Internet!  How?  Video and audio!  I am documenting the process as well as the transactions and they will be available to you online.  Watch for this starting in March.

Alright – too much for a quick Email I know.  I will write to you in a day or two to fill you in on some of the details.  I hope that you hang in there this month as I know how difficult it is to get through the getting started part of a new business venture…
