The REI Learning Center

One of my pet projects over the last year has been the establishment of a learning center online. The REI Learning Center is designed to take new or wannabe investors through all of the basic training that they need and want to get their new business off of the ground.
We have a number of resources available and we are really there to hand-hold our subscribers with a detailed curriculum that ensures that they address the needed items in their business.
You know, one thing that I wonder about in our industry is how someone who has no Real Estate Experience, no business experience, no customer service experience, no marketing experience, and no real people skills is going to be successful in a new venture like this!
I see so many ‘hyped’ web sites promoting or promising that someone can fire their boss in 90 days (or whatever). I see web sites promoting the concept of getting rich, buying big toys, living an extravagant life style, yet this marketing does nothing but prey on the regular person who is just barely making it month to month.
My thought is that if someone wants to learn about Real Estate Investing that in order to be successful they need to know the basics. They need to know the ‘How’ and ‘Why’ of what they are doing – not just someone’s ‘System’!
The Learning Center was setup for that very purpose. To give regular people access to the information that will build the foundation for a better career, better income, and ultimately a better life style!
I’ve recruited my Good friend Paul to help out with this project. Paul has a background in coaching and personal development. Together we are putting together some pretty amazing coaching programs.
Our goal is to help those who truly want to understand and implement the things that we teach in their life and in their business. Paul has a background in personal development and life coaching, and my background in technology and Real Estate will allow us to help people implement these things in their business. Don’t forget about the growth that will be realized through the personal development aspect.

Are you Internet visible? A marketing report #1

About a month ago I provided you with this marketing report…
Now if you have downloaded it and applied what is suggested, you should now have a place in the search engines.
How?
Take a look at this report again. About 2 months ago I stumbled across this resource and did just a couple of simple things – as I outlined it this report…
Today, if you Google ‘Michael Hobach’ or ‘Blue Eye Group’ you will see that the result is that both come up in the first page. It tells you exactly what I want you to know about me and my business. Of course my own web sites come up above these listings, but so should your web sites if you Google yourself.
Ok, I’ll bet that you are waiting for part 2. Well, I’ll be releasing it shortly… but it won’t do you any good if you haven’t done what is outlined in part 1.
