Email problems with Yahoo – Why would any real professional use Yahoo??!!

We have had many setbacks over the last couple of weeks – if you live in Wisconsin you know that we have had several crippling snow storms and some sub-zero temps. Couple this with an Email issue with Yahoo and we are behind two weeks on this project. Please look at this article in our knowledge base regarding the Emails…

I’m not sure what the problem is with Yahoo and what they have chosen to do with incoming Email. Over the last couple of months my Yahoo Email has been deluged with Spam, yet my own Email doesn’t make it. Sometimes Email is delayed 4 hours, and other times up to 4 days – imagine 4 days!

It’s been a long year, and it’s been a rough year and a half for me… I won’t go into details here but let’s just say that I don’t understand why anyone would want to be a single parent on purpose!
Ok, the last several months I’ve been working on some really neat projects. These projects will be released to you early in 2008. All I can say right now is that if you are struggling to get your arms around things like… Real Estate Investing, Foreclosure, Pre Foreclosure creative funding, or any other means to create a sound financial future… just stay tuned… I’ve got some things that will make it real easy for you to understand and be successful!
All of our material is being reviewed and updated for 2008. There are some changes in our industry, and in the way that we should be doing our business. Watch for announcements on new releases – those who own existing material will be upgraded without charge for downloadable updates.
I am working on two new books – the first one will be released in the next week. The title is “Short Sales Exposed”, and it will sell for just $7 – all the time – no gimmicks. The neat thing about this e-book is that once you buy it you become an affiliate and you can start marketing it. The best part is that I am paying my affiliates 100% commission and the commission is paid immediately into your Paypal account. So on each order the $7 goes into your Paypal account.
This has been a request from many on my list, and I’ve finally figured out a way to make this happen easily… you don’t need to know anything about programming… I’ll give you everything you need to make this work!
The second e-book is being written to help explain just how a REI can make it big on the Internet using inexpensive hosting and pre made templates. Yes I’ve already created the templates and several hundred REI’s are already using them to run their REI business.

What’s the deal with the Big Bundle and the Learning Center?

Two weeks ago I announced the launch of the new Real Estate Investor Learning Center. Since then I have sent several Emails with information about the Learning Center. I have also sent you Emails about the Short Sale Big Bundle – a product that includes a subscription to the Learning Center.
So what’s the big deal? Why do I keep sending you these Emails and what exactly am I trying to sell you?
First – As a 50 year old business man and entrepreneur, I have worked for myself almost my entire adult life. I have made it big and lost big. I have started over and recovered several times. Now I want to share with you the life that I have come to enjoy. I want to show you how to avoid the losses that I have experienced. REI Learning Center launches…

September 13th is your lucky day! We are a couple days late, but we made it! Technology challenges aside, we have the new site up and running today.
As I mentioned in my last Email, this new online service is the result of a lot of input from you and people like you. Actually, some have not suggested – they have asked why we don’t have this service…
We will be shutting down several of our existing sites. We have integrated the services and content from those sites into this new site. Which sites? I will be announcing this information as we shut them down and people are affected.
Also – the forums are back with all posts back to January 2006.
I am dedicated to new investors and the development of their bus1ness and the development of them as a person in this industry. This new site will incorporate all the training, coaching, mentoring, bus1ness development, personal development, and much more – too much to list here.
You know that I try not to hype new things like this. But I am really excited and look forward to seeing you on the new site…
So without further waiting, here is our new site…
You can create a new account without cost by using the link on the top menu bar. You should first read the ‘Getting Started’ page from the left menu. Yes the forums are intact and in a new format.
We will be shutting down the REIproMentor.com web site within the week so those of you who are subscribers there. Watch for an Email with instructions on getting your subscription extended through the new site.
If you were on the forums prior to July 1, 2007 when we shut it down to make the move, your login should work on the new site. So the second site to be shut down and integrated is the REIproForums.com web site
